I love leading technology transformations, strategy and delivery, and have produced seismic internal shifts that have improved workflows, efficiency, and engagement through collaboration, relationships, learning agility, and change adaptability.
This was a natural fit to my work, as I’ve always been the one to come in and fix things in the past using my technical expertise in multiple technology contexts and leadership roles driving digital transformations and optimizing user experiences. Innately, I have an easy knack for eliminating noise, getting to the root of a problem, and driving a feasible solution.
I have earned a reputation as a determined troubleshooter who thrives in leading teams through ambiguity to solve tough problems by breaking down components into more “digestible” pieces.
As a result, I’ve fixed everything from system issues, team dynamic problems, issues with methodologies and approach, employee performance concerns, relationship / trust team disconnects, budget glitches, as well as delivery and timeline snags.
I cannot do this on my own, and rely heavily on my teams. Leading an organization requires you to listen to your teams and discern a true issue from the noise. And while it requires you be accountable for resolving those issues, a good leader knows when they need to solve the issue themselves, when they should empower their team to solve it, and when outside help is needed. My team relies on me to be an approachable, well-grounded leader who enjoys working with teams and empowering them to achieve their professional potential.
I love working with great people and a good challenge, and as a technology and innovation champion always on look-out for new outliers and emerging trends, I creatively provide practical applications enterprise-wide that yield efficiency and end user satisfaction gains.
