I’ve led First Legal’s IT growth from a 3-person team to a department of 20+, implementing best practices across infrastructure, security, DevOps, data, and application architecture. My leadership was pivotal in the successful acquisition of First Legal by Aurora Capital, and I now focus on executing high-ROI, long-term technology investments that align with private equity priorities and support future exits.
I am an MIT-certified CTO (via the MIT Professional Education program) and an active member of the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA), the Global CTO Forum, and a proud supporter of the We Defy Foundation, reflecting my commitment to leadership, service, and continuous learning.
